With the desire to consolidate several administrative offices from around the city, Dean Health Plan selected Potter Lawson to master plan a 13 acre site in the Old Sauk Trails Office Park. Dean wanted the facility to have the feel of a traditional building, while at the same time projecting a contemporary corporate image.

The original 87,000 square foot, four-story headquarters contains mostly open offices for maximum flexibility.  To improve efficiency and work flow the floors were laid out so departments weren’t split between levels. The building takes full advantage of the unique site that is located next to a greenway with mature oak trees.  The curved wall relates to the green space and adjacent pond providing spectacular views. We are currently working on Phase III of their expansion plans, with Phase II being an on-site call center.
