After collaborating on the Green Lake County Justice Center in 2009, Potter Lawson was proud to continue our work with the County designing a new Government Services Building. This 59,000 square foot facility houses the Health & Human Services Department, Aging & Disability Resource Center, and Veteran’s Services, along with support and community spaces. The design of the facility maximizes the slight slope of the site with a partially exposed lower level below two upper floors. The two main public entries to the facility have free standing vehicular canopies to protect client drop-offs from inclement weather. The site also includes 250 parking stalls with a separate staff entrance.
