Chartwell Midwest Wisconsin is a home infusion therapy pharmacy providing injectable medications (intravenous, subcutaneous, intramuscular) to people in their homes. Affiliated with UW Health, Chartwell coordinates home nursing services through community-based home nursing agencies to assist and teach the administration of medication.

As an adaptive reuse and addition to an existing facility this project will give a new home to Chartwell Midwest.  The 53,000+ SF project will house their pharmacy operations including three clean rooms, warehouse operation, fitness room, administrative office space as well as a patient centered showroom and infusion center. The new facility will also include patient centered activities, home medical equipment, post-mastectomy specialty apparel and other home health products.
