Exact Sciences is a molecular diagnostics company focused on colorectal cancer detection. Their ground-breaking technology in the Cologard tests has launched them into exponential growth since 2014. Potter Lawson began working with Exact Sciences in 2013 while they were in research and development and moving through clinical trials. We have been honored to help them grow to more than 1,800 employees over the past four years through strategic programming, space planning and master planning.
Potter Lawson served as the interior architect on theie new five-story, 146,891 square foot headquarters located in University Research Park adjacent to their current research and development lab. The new headquarters brings together the executive, business functions, and administrative staff who were divided among three buildings as well as a 346-stall underground parking ramp and 134 surface stalls.
