The Spark is a 9-story multi-tenant building on East Washington that houses Starting Block Madison, American Family Insurance’s DreamBank and The “Institute” (ie. Think Tank), and American Family staff offices. We were the designer for Community Spaces – which are spaces open to the public, or used by any Spark building tenants with each having a unique design and feel, which includes the third floor Work Cafe.

The Work Cafe is a fun, interactive space open to all Spark tenants. It features a kitchenette, c-store vending, collaborative work space, lounge / collaboration areas, dining space, and a spacious outdoor patio.  The Work Cafe blended function with fun, interactive spaces like a fireplace inside and out, bag toss, and the possibility to project on the large wall outside.
