With the goal of maximizing parking density on a portion of campus that is becoming more populated, Potter Lawson was hired to the design the Linden Drive Parking Garage.  The existing parking lot will be replaced with a thoughtfully designed parking garage that will blend with the surrounding campus.  The goal of the project is to limit the amount of energy required by designing a naturally ventilated, well day-lit facility while using low maintenance long-lasting materials and landscape design.  The new garage will accommodate 600+ parking stalls including 14 motorcycle and 51 bicycle stalls.
