The Novo Apartments, a component of a downtown Madison redevelopment initiative spanning two city blocks, stand atop a newly constructed public parking garage, incorporating ground-level commercial areas such as a downtown bike center. With 162 housing units across nine stories, including 20% designated as affordable, our team collaborated with KBA to oversee both interior and exterior design aspects. Offering a range of amenities such as community spaces, exercise rooms, rooftop gathering areas, and a dog run, the development aligns with Madison’s sustainability ethos by integrating features like solar panels, a green roof, and a blue roof for stormwater management.
