This mixed use development project is located on a full city block in downtown Madison, totaling 4.3 acres. A structured parking garage and the 144 room Hotel Indigo are currently under construction on the site to occupy the building, with future phases in design.

The site is master planned for the developer to continue to add future buildings and additional structured parking with the ultimate goal of creating a development that is always activated, not just during work hours on weekdays, but on evenings and weekends as well. Future planned developments on the site include office, residential and retail functions.
